Shipping Policy

We process and ship most of our orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery time will be different depending on where you are, most of of the orders arrive within 5-15 business days to the continental U.S and can take 3-4 weeks for international orders.

Our products are always shipped USPS First Class Mail. There are occasions where we use other reliable carriers such as DHL, Fedex, and UPS.

Regardless of the shipper, all of our packages can be fully insured in case they are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery.

Please note, in many countries, record breaking e-commerce orders, COVID-19 protocols, and seasonal weather disruptions may lead to an additional delay of 1-2 weeks for some orders. If we believe order has been affected by this, we will inform you via our confirmation email so that you may cancel your order if you choose to do so. 

Due to high demand and the fact that items are made to order, our carrier may take longer than the estimated delivery time to deliver our items. Additional delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, pandemics, etc.
