Unlike most online retailers out there, we are customers focused and work hard to serve you with the best deals. We can guarantee you quality products, awesome customer service, and lowest prices.

Where do you ship?

We provide shipping to all of USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most of European Union countries such as Germany, and UK. We'll soon be expanding into most of Asia and South America as well!

How long does it take to receive my product(s)?

We process and ship most of our orders within 24 hours. Delivery time will be different depending on where you are, more than 85% of the orders arrive within 5-15 business days.

Due to high demand and the fact that items are made to order, our carrier may take longer than the estimated delivery time to deliver our items. Additional delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays etc.

Why did I receive only 1 product when my order included multiple products?

We have multiple fulfillment centers where different products are stored and it is likely they shipped separately.

It is likely and very possible that you receive the remaining products anywhere from 1-5 business days. If it has been longer than 5 business days, please contact us.

Where do your products ship from?

We are a 100% U.S. based and owned business with fulfillment centers shipping from the U.S however many of our products are manufactured overseas.

If a product is in high demand and we no longer hold U.S. inventory we often ship directly from our overseas manufacturers to customers to bring you the lowest prices and reduce shipping times.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping on all orders is free!

We also have an Insured Tracker Shipping option for all orders that provides a replacement product with no questions asked if your product is lost or stolen.

What carrier will be delivering my package(s)?

Our products are always shipped USPS First Class Mail. There are occasions where we use other reliable carriers such as DHL, Fedex, and UPS.

Regardless of the shipper, all of our packages can be fully insured in case they are lost or stolen.

How do I order one of your products?

Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.

1. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
2. Click "Check Out" in the pop up window.
3. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method"
4. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen
5. Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.


When will I receive my order confirmation or tracking email?

If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking about your order, it's likely they were marked as spam or you have mistyped your email address. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them.

Check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add our emails to your safe list. You can also send us an email at support@daintyabode.com with your order number/ details and we will check for you.

What method of payments are accepted?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards as secure payment methods.

Is my payment and personal information secure?

Yes, your payment and personal information is ALWAYS secure when ordering with Tucked Tight. All of our payment processors and SSL encrypted and we only work with the most reputable payment processors including but not limited to Paypal, Stripe, Google Pay, etc.

How can I track my order?

We automatically send a shipping confirmation with tracking information with ALL orders.It is as easy as using the “Tracking”tab on our website. Enter your order number and voila! Alternatively, you can use the order tracking feature on our contact us page.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If your order is still processing and has not shipped, please email us with your order number and we will cancel your order. Once orders have been shipped there is no cancellation. A refund will have to be processed.

What is your return policy?

All of our products are backed by our 60-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy. Please go to our page Return Policy page where we outline the process in more detail.

How do I return my order?

Before returning an item, please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition you have received it.

If your return is because your item was damaged, then you must first contact the courier that delivered the item to place a claim. We also require a photo of the damaged product. Once we have the picture and the claims number we can resend you a new item.

If you have issue retrieving the claims number then contact us at support@daintyabode.com and we will help you out.

If your return is because was the wrong order, then please contact here and we will send out the correct order to your address.

If this is the case we greatly apologize as we usually can change this kind of problem if we are notified before it is shipped out.

How long does it take to see my refund?

Once your item is returned to us, a refund will be processed with the payment processor used. Refund processing usually takes 5-7 business days however many refunds are processed much sooner than that.

Who pays for return shipping?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

How long do I have to return my product?

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase we are still likely to consider your refund request.

I returned my product but don't see my refund yet?

If we have received your items AND approved your refund and you do not see a credit back within 14 business days please contact us at hello@tuckedtight.com so that we may help.
